Preorder & Pickup Policy

Account Required
Customers must create or log in to an account before submitting a preorder request. This lets you view your preorder history and helps us confirm requests accurately.
Timing
Orders received Sunday through Tuesday are usually available that Friday or Saturday. Orders received Wednesday through Saturday may not be ready until the following week. Please reach out to confirm timing with us.
Pickup Locations
Regular pickup is available at confirmed farmers market locations. Smoky Lake is planned about every second week, with dates confirmed at the beginning of each month. St. Paul and Athabasca delivery requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Confirmation
A submitted preorder is a request until we confirm availability, pickup details, and any payment instructions.
Baked Goods and Food Safety
At this time, baked goods may be prepared in a home kitchen for farmers markets and local pickup under Alberta's low-risk home-prepared food rules. This kitchen is not routinely inspected as a commercial food establishment.
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat/gluten, milk, butter and other dairy, eggs, nuts, coconut, canola or vegetable oils, soy or shortening, and other recipe ingredients. We clean and take care between batches, but trace amounts or cross-contact may occur. Please read ingredient lists and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or sensitivity.
